If you have completed the 3-page eligibility questionnaire and did not receive an email within 30 minutes, please email us at apply@TCHabitat.org or call the Program Information Center at 612-540-5660.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
You can reset it on the Homeownership Portal login page.
- Go to tchfh.force.com/homeownership/login and click "Forgot Password."
- Enter your username.
- Your username will be the email address entered on the eligibility questionnaire.
- Click on the reset password link in the email you receive and choose a new password.
Your username will be included in the invitation email you got when you first signed up. Search your inbox for "Habitat Homeownership Portal Invitation" to find it.

If the Programs Information Center volunteer is unable to answer your question over the phone, they may be able to schedule you for an in-person appointment with an Intake Team staff member.
