I don't think I make enough to qualify for the Habitat homeownership program. Are there any other options for me?
If you do not believe that you meet the income requirements for the program, there is a list of resources that may be useful for finding housing right now.
Can Habitat help me get a new rental?
Habitat's programs are focused on home ownership, and do not have any rental opportunities.
If you are in need of immediate housing, you can review some Rental Resources we have provided on our website.
I'm not eligible for the program yet, can you still help me?
If you do not meet program eligibility at this time, there are other options for you.
You can work with Referral Partners who can assist in meeting the eligibility and financial requirements needed to qualify for a Habitat loan.
There are also many Helpful Resources in the community that offer help with employment, finances, health and safety, legal issues, seniors' and veterans' issues, home maintenance, and other issues.
